Booking Starts on Friday, February 21st
Guests are responsible for ensuring accurate registration by confirming job and travel arrangements, as well as confirming roommates before booking a room. Due to non-refundable deposits, please register only after all travel arrangements have been finalized and your roommates have confirmed their attendance. This will help avoid unforeseen cancellations and loss of your deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are per person. One guest from each room can pay their deposit to lock in the room. However, all roommates must pay their deposit amount according to the payment schedule by the specified date. The room will be automatically dropped if the full deposit amount is not paid.
All important trip reminders and updates will be sent via email. Ensure that all email addresses provided during booking are correct
Groups may sign up individually but must provide roommate information. List the names of each person in your room
All guests must adhere to the payment schedule. Late payments may result in being dropped from the trip, with refunds processed according to our Cancellations Policy. If a roommate cancels or is removed for non-payment, the room’s occupancy rate will be adjusted to reflect the remaining members who continue to make timely payments and traditions.
All changes to your room must be submitted via email to info@captiv8greatness.com, including your roommates in the email. Changes cannot be made over the phone to ensure proper documentation
There will be no refunds or partial refunds if your flight is delayed or canceled, causing you to miss days of the trip
